We handle junk pickup and light property cleanups for folks who need a hand—homeowners, landlords, seniors, single parents, small businesses, and anyone who needs it most.

Little Bugger
Curbside Single Pickup — $150–$200
That one annoying item. Gone fast. Couch? Chair?Appliance? You name it- we'll haul it.
Starter Load
Light Pickup — $225–$375
Try us out. We're perfect for small cleanups—garage corners, closet purges, quick room flips, or a few bulky items.
Standard Issue
Medium Pickup — $425–$650
Our most common job size. Perfect for garage clearouts, yard cleanups, second-story rooms or sections of a basement. Includes light labour, stairs, and the
tough stuff.
Clean Sweep
Full Load — $700–$925
This is for estate clearouts, senior downsizing, packed rooms, yard cleanups, or full-floor jobs. It includes labour, site sorting, and proper disposal - all in one trip. If it's time to let it go, 3B will help clear the way.
Motherload
Double Load or Larger Projects — $1200+
For full property cleanouts, multiple loads. or bin-based jobs (not provided by 3B). Estate executors, realtors, landlords and property managers - this tier is built for you
All package pricing is a guide. Final quotes depend on load size, access, labour time, and site conditions.
Mileage (over 25 km round trip): +$ 1.50/km
Extra labour : +$60/hour for two workers
Heavy lifting stairs, long carries, awkward items: +$30–$100
Mattress - up to+$30 each
Fridge/Freezer - up to +$40 each
Tires - up to +$25 each
Extra Dump Load (if more than 150 cubic feet ): +$ 120/load + Labour
Heavy Scrap/water logged Loads Surcharge: +$50–$120 depending on weight
Sorting/Organizing or Sentimental Cleanouts: +Labour
Biohazard/PPE Surcharge - applied for hazardous sites, waste, or cleanup requiring protective gear: +$100 -$150
Final pricing will be adjusted on a case-by-case basis. Small curbside pick-ups may include some specialty items at no extra charge. Every job is different. Pricing depends on time, weight, location, access, and effort. We price with fairness, transparency, and respect—always.

Real Estate Agents - pre-listing prep, staging and cleanups
Seniors - downsizing, assisted living transitions
Single Parents - fast, fair, affordable help
Small Business Owners - back rooms, retail, warehouses, and parking lot cleanups
Estate Executors - whole property cleanouts, respectful handling
Beard Brothers Brand is fully insured for all services offered, including residential cleanups, renovation debris, and recycling runs. Liability insurance documentation is available upon request.
• Pickup is billed the same or slightly higher than normal junk removal.
• No discount for scrap value — customers pay full hauling price.
• Scrap metal profit (small cash bonus) belongs to Beard Brothers Brand.
• Sorting, cleaning, and removing rubber/plastics/wood from metal happens after pickup, not at the client’s house.
• Heavy, dirty, or unsafe scrap loads may have a $50–$100 heavy load surcharge.
• Hazardous Materials NOT accepted - no paints, oils, chemicals, fuels, or asbestos.
• Metal Scrap Items - Always hauled to scrap yards for proper recycling.
